I Have Been Married For 4 Years. I Have Never

I have been married for 4 years. I have never used any birth control. I'm trying to conceive and it is not successful. I have irregular menstruate cycle and unless I take the primolut tablets I don't get periods. Doctor prescribed me ovacare, Metformin, and primolut tablets. I'm using those tablets for almost 3 months. Still no results.. please advise me
