I Have Been Masturbating For At Least A Year Now,

I have been masturbating for at least a year now, and one day I played with myself with an open cut on my hand. These have been about for a while, and I didn't think much of them until now. I have two spots on my penis that have a sort of crust on them. I looked this up but was distracted by another symptom, a small lump on the left side of my foreskin. I have also occasionally had diarrhea from foods I eat normally. What's wrong with me?
