I Have Been Nausea Everyday All Day For Almost 3

I have been nausea everyday all day for almost 3 weeks now. I had chest pain on my left side went to ER they said I have pleurisy, still have nausea. I can barely take a shower or cook without feeling weak and wanting to puke. I also, have pain my left side bad a times. Doc today is having me clean out my system. I still feel like puking and left pain under my rib. Haven't had a soft Bm yet. Just diaherra . Had my gallbladder out last september.
