I Have Been Nauseous And Have Vomited A Few Times,

I have been nauseous and have vomited a few times, it was mostly red but I had also just ate pizza with my family. I have had a headache, abdominal pain, changed appetite, and dizziness as well for most of the past 24 hours. It gets worse after eating. Is this a medical emergency?
