I Have Been Not Feeling Well For Several Months Now

I have been not feeling well for several months now I am 50 yrs old it started with tingling and numbness in feet and hands then soreness in certain bones I always have a sore throat and tongue my last labs High Immature granulocyte high range being2.0 mine are 7.5 , high lymphocytes 54.5, low neutraphils 26.9 high mcv 100 high mch 33.7 feeling extreme tiredness and just not well.
