I Have Been Not Using Condom And Just Using Birth

I have been not using condom and just using birth control. I forgot my birth control pills at rez and I didn't have any pills at home only the ones that were expired so I got really scared and took Plan B. Should I wear a condom ever time. The only thing is that when he wears a condom it really hurts. and I never like the feeling.
