I Have Been Noticing Since Last Month My Right Testis

I have been noticing since last month my right testis is double than left in size . I had a pain sometimes but I was not worried much before but when I come to see it today and palpate it it's round with no pain but differs in size then left testes. Can you please tell me why it is so ?
