I Have Been Notified By My Doctor That My Rx

I have been notified by my doctor that my Rx prescription for Hydrocodone (120ea 10-325 / per month) for the last 7 years (ankle pain - no cartilage) because at the last urine test it showed Percocet along with Hydrocodine. It was a message on my answering machine. . . . For one time only, the Saturday before the Monday morning yearly check up, I took 4 of my wife's pills during a road trip and I left home forgetting my I day supply. (She had surgery recently) Question: I understand the mistake now, and I understand my Dr's decision, but will I now not be able to go to another doctor? Or am I now on record as an abuser? I had never requested a re-fill in all those years more than 2 days before the 30 day period, and many times went 1 or 2 days over 30 days before requesting a re-fill. Thanking you in advance. Mark
