I Have Been Nursing What I Thought Was A Bite

I have been nursing what I thought was a bite to the inside of my cheek during sleep its been 1 week now and it now looks like a growth similar to a tonsil on my inside cheek and when drinking it feels like I weird sensation behind my ear and lower jaw at the same time
