I Have Been Off Birth Control Almost A Year My

I have been off birth control almost a year my periods have been regualated i took one more dose of birth control and i am regualated again. But im on my second missed period. I have had several negative at home test and two positives but have had negative after. I dont have insurance so i dont want to go into a doctor if im not pregnant. What else could it be?
