I Have Been Off Work For A Few Days And

I have been off work for a few days and over those days I became sick. Now I have to go back tomorrow and was wondering if I should or should I stay home and for how long? My symptoms include:
Light wheezing in my chest
Coughing
Major sore throat
Trouble sleeping through the night
Now I have been taking Tylenol cold medication as I thought it was a cold. My mom told me it could be pneumonia and my doctor is all booked. Please let me know.
