I Have Been On 10/325 Mg Of Hydrocodone , 30mg

I have been on 10/325 mg of hydrocodone , 30mg adderall, and 2 ,g xanax daily for 11 1/2 months. I am a monthe of 2 beautiful girls both under 5 and my dr has suddenly decided to take me off the hydrocodone. However i do still take ,y adderall as prescribed and my xanax! These withdrawls are terrible. He entire right side of my body was almost completely crushed in a car wreck in 1999 and i a only 35 so the drs dont want to prescribe the hydrocodone for me anymore! Suggestions please
