I Have Been On 2 MG Xanax 2x's A Day,

I have been on 2 MG Xanax 2x's a day, so 4 MG all together in a day for about 18 years. I lost my prescription that I filled on December 20, 2016. So I missed just one day of it and had a Grand Mal seizure. I went to the hospital and they didn't see anything except for the fact that I missed takingmy medicine as the reason for the seizure. The hospital sent me home with a prescription for 5 Valium and said I needed to get in touch with my therapist. I called his office today and told one of the staff members everything that happened ( this is the 1st time this has ever happened to me, I have never lost a prescription) because I took the last Valium last night and I am worried I will have another seizure. I wasn't actually able to talk to my doctor, but the staff member called me back and said he wouldn't write me any benzo meds if it gave me a seizure, but that is not what happened, I missed the medicine and that is what caused it. I need to find a doctor who I can talk to now and can write a prescription tonight. I am panicked and scared that I will have another seizure. I am trying to find a different doctor because I thought if I called my normal doctor that he would help me. I am sure that the pharmacy will not fill Xanax because it isn't due for a refill. If there is another anxiety medicine in the same family, I am fine with that. Please can you help me?
