I Have Been On 2 Different Antibiotics And A Pain

I have been on 2 different antibiotics and a pain reliever since just before Christmas. I then got a really bad cold so I took Advil sinus and allergy until today. The past 4 days my guts have been messed up. I have bad intestinal pain then when I have a vowel movement this weird mucus like stuff comes out and it smells horrible and it looks like it may be bloody. What is happening?
