I Have Been On 50mg Of Prednisone For 4 Weeks

I have been on 50mg of prednisone for 4 weeks (Treating a relapse of GCA) I woke this am w/thrush and a yeast infection ~ not taking any other new Rx and no antibiotic.

1 Tx OTC ok until after this holiday weekend?
2 Cause ~ the high dose prednisone?
