I Have Been On AKT4 For 3 Months Followed By

I have been on AKT4 for 3 months followed by AKT3 for 4 months and now nearing 3 months of AKT2. I had a hip transplant and I have sinus at the place where the sutures were placed. Now the discharge is about .5 ml per day reduced from 10 ml in Jan 2016. When should I switch over to AKT1 and for how long should it be taken?
