I Have Been On AMOX/K CLAV 875 MG For Four

I have been on AMOX/K CLAV 875 MG for four days so far - for a bad cough due to much flem in the throat and some nasal congestion. My bad cough has largely disappeared and now there is considerable nasal congestion. Today I developed a slight nose bleed from the right nostril. Should I be concerned about the nose bleed?
