I Have Been On Ambien For 4 Months Now. I

I have been on Ambien for 4 months now. I have recently (past 4 weeks) started feeling severe anxiety, pain in my head, neck and shoulders. I goggled it and saw that all these side effects are common. Last week I went to my doctor and he prescribed Trazadone. I did not tell him I had been taking ambien (don't judge :)). My question is...Do I have to let the ambien completely get out of my system before I start on Trazadone? And when do you think this anxiety and painfulness will go away?
Thought I would add that I didn't know this was a paid website as it did not specify when I started my question. This totally added to my anxiety today. I thought I was getting some medical advice. Please update your website so people know that you have to pay to get an answer.
