I Have Been On Augmentin For 4 Day Ago With

I have been on Augmentin for 4 day ago with chronic coughing. My throat is scratchy but not really sore. The phlem is not discolored any more but the coughing is persistent. Do I go back to the doctor? I can not sleep and even at rest the coughing persists.
