I Have Been On Augmenting 875/125mg For5 Days For Sinus

I have been on Augmenting 875/125mg for5 days for sinus infection and feeling much better but have a productive cough and frequent nasal mucous. All is clear at this time. My 5 month old grandson is home sick with RSV. Can I help care for him since both parents work and he cannot go to his regular sitter until next Monday?
