I Have Been On Chantix Now For About Three Months,

I have been on Chantix now for about three months, I am still smoking and have the craving, what I don't have is a normal bowel movement anymore...I used to have normal consistancy and color, as well as regular movements..but...they have been coming out like little rocks and are dark brown in color. is this a side affect from the chantix?
