I Have Been On Cipro For 2 Days For A

I have been on Cipro for 2 days for a UTI , I am still experiencing rotten lower right pain in my stomach tender to the touch, radiates to the left towards the lower middle, I have been taking Tylenol #1 for the pain for zero effect I have the chills but cannot be certain if that is attributed to the UTI still or not I would rather not walk around at all if I can avoid it and while out on a drive bumps in the road seemed to really irritate things as well. Should I ride this out for a few more days and give the antibiotic a few more days or go back to the doctor.
