I Have Been On Ciprofloxacin 500 Mg For 4 Days.

I have been on Ciprofloxacin 500 mg for 4 days. The first day I experienced excrutiating abdominal pain and now on the third day I am experiencing muscle spasms in my lower back and cannot walk all the time. This is a new medication for me, and didn't have these problems before. Is it the pills?
