I Have Been On Creon For Some Time Now. Recently

I have been on Creon for some time now. Recently My Cardiologist prescribed me Spironolactone. It is going against the benefits that Creon has given me awful stomach cramps, gas and not normal stool. Have you ever heard of this. I was getting over a cold when started taking this. Now the runny nose is back and I have chills.
