I Have Been On Equilis And Beta Blocker For Two

I have been on Equilis and beta blocker for two weeks and notice shortness of breath and feeling like someone is standing on my chest. Last week I had a successful cardioversion to correct afib. Pulse is now normal. I am a 76 year old rower and never experienced shortness of breath as am in good physical condition. Am aware that I must stay on Equilis but wonder if my cardiologist will consider taking me off the beta blocker.Plan is to discuss with him 2morrow
