I Have Been On Fetzima 40 Mg For A Week.

I have been on Fetzima 40 mg for a week. I have extreme agitation and irritability. I got into a severe argument with my daughter-in-law and am feeling very impatient with people at work. Is it too soon to give up on the drug and call my doctor or should I give it more time. I haven't tolerated Wellbutrin well in the past. I was taken off of Cymbalta because my liver enzymes were high.
