I Have Been On Fosamax For Just Over A Month

I have been on Fosamax for just over a month and am experiencing severe jaw pain without having had any dental work recently and hip and thigh pain especially when I lay on my side. Unfortunately, I’m a side sleeper and as a result I’m not getting much sleep. Is this the Fosamax? Or would that only be the case if I had been to the dentist?
