I Have Been On Tinzaparin For 8 Months Now For

I have been on Tinzaparin for 8 months now for lung blood clots from chemo. I have developed tingling in my big toe, left foot; and ring finger especially on right hand. Mastectomy on left side. Is the tingling a result of the tinzaparin or carpel tunnel?
