I have been on a clean eating meal plan for about 3 weeks and exercising 5 times a week. I have been retaining fluid and I have a lot of muscle weakness and soreness. It doesn't feel like your typical reaction to when you start working out. The weakness and soreness has not gotten better over time and the fluid tends to stay in my hands and feet
