I Have Been On A Low Dose Pill For A

I have been on a low dose pill for a year and a half now, and my boyfriend and I had protected sex a few weeks ago. Before he put on the condom, he precumed and wiped his penis off with his underwear. He then put on the condom. A couple days after that I had a pain in my lower abdomen that felt like I was ovulating. Is there any chance he could transferred the wiped off precum to the condom when he put it on with his hand? Or is that too indirect of contact? He also had peed since his last ejaculation. Should I be concerned about my maybe ovulation?
