I Have Been On Amitryptiline For 8 Years. This September

I have been on amitryptiline for 8 years. This September that just passed I got hpylori. Was on the antibiotics and was just dreadful. Finished them but during this time a few nights about 5 days did not take the amitryptiline. Now that I have started again, is it normal to feel the side effects as tired, achy and have muscle joint pain?
