I Have Been On And Off Adderall For Years And

I have been on and off adderall for years and was recently switched to Vyvanse. I have been to every kind of doctor multiple times under the book. I also do not have a period consistently. I was on bio-identical hormones for the last year and a half. Recently I began having intense periods with constant break through bleeding. An IM doctor ran some labs and said my T-3 levels were low so he put me on a thyroid medication. He switched me to Vyvanse and Xanax. He took me off hormones saying weight gain and exhaustion due to too much estrogen. I stopped thyroid. At 2.1 the endocrinologist said no thyroid issue. I stopped xanax I was too tired. But I am also stopping vyvanse. I have found I actually am eating more due to insomnia, stomach aches, headaches. It is not helping me to focus at all. It does not seem to be calming me down. One of my biggest issues is over last 9 years I have had diffuse hair loss and my hair will become very dry and brittle at times. I think the adderall started this. I cannot explain why it still happens at times when I have not been on medication for several years (could be the underlying hormone issues). I just don't understand why would the 50mg of vyvanse not have suppressed my appetite, only caused side effects and no benefits and could this be the reason my hair is dry brittle, breaking and falling on? From what I read on-line and speaking to another IM they said vyvanse and adderall both amphetamines and both could result in the rare side effect. At this point I am thinking of going to see 2 very highly recommended endocrinologist and obgyn to figure out fatigue, weight gain, hair loss and amenorhea. THANK YOU!!!!!
