I Have Been On Anti Depressants And In The Last

I have been on anti depressants and in the last 6 months have expereinced 20 pound weight gain and vivid dreams like talking in my sleep also have had numbness in hands and feet. My thryroid and b complex have been checked but are fine. i don't know what to do
