I Have Been On Anti Depressants For About 7 Weeks

I have been on anti depressants for about 7 weeks now and had a breakdown at work the other day and left. Then put petrol in my car at a servo and left without paying, not even realizing I hadn't. My head was all over the place. I am not and have never been a violent person and wanted to beat a fellow employee, and friend to death. That's why I left. I came home, drank 3.5 bottles of red wine and posted on face book all kinds of truths about my work, my house mate and many other people. I have never posted anything on facebook I only ever use it to see other people's stuff. I also smashed my head into a wall numerous times on several occasions over the course of the day and night. I don't feel as bad now and till the work incident had been feeling like the men's were working very well. I am taking 1 tablet a day of citalopram Sandoz. Should I up the dosage?
