I Have Been On Antibiotics After A Wisdom Tooth Extraction

I have been on antibiotics after a wisdom tooth extraction since Wednesday.
I am on microlite contraception pill and started my new packet on Saturday (yesterday)
My boyfriend and i had sex Friday night and the condom broke so i got the morning after pill yesterday (took it and had no problems)
Unfortunately the same thing happened this morning.
Do i need to take the morning after pill again?
