I Have Been On Atenolol And A Diuretic For Many

I have been on atenolol and a diuretic for many years. Just noticed some flutters. Had a holter test done and I am told I have paradaxyl a fib . My go wants to put me on Pradaxa I am 63 And very active. Can quinodol help? Is there any interaction with my meds. I feel I might have certain vitamin deficiencies from my meds causing this!
