I Have Been On Bio Identical Hormones For 6 Months

I have been on bio identical hormones for 6 months or so. After not bleeding for 2 years, I started bleeding . I had an ultasound and pap.
No problems. I had stopped bleeding for about a week. I am bleeding again but it is very dark and the odor is bad, smells almost rotten.
