I Have Been On Birth Control For A Very Long

I have been on birth control for a very long time since i was 17 and now I am 26. I have been really good with birth control and then this month didn't pick it up so my last period was the week of oct 12th. I didn't start a new pack because I have been super buys not an excuse but had unprotected sex on saturday. I took 2 microgetrins and then today took 3 ... I still have 24 hours to still take Plan B. I was wondering if how i took the birth control would even be effective or what
