I Have Been On Brintellix For A Year. Because Of

I have been on brintellix for a year. Because of the expensive drug my doctor prescribes 20 mg. and I cut in half to get my 10 mg. a day. I can no longer afford this drug which is 290.00. I also take bupropion 300 mg, a day and amitriptyline 25 mg at night. I called my psychiatrist today and she cannot make changes in my medication without seeing me and I cannot afford that. I just need to know the proper way to wean off of brintellix. Please help!
