I Have Been On Carvedilol 6.25 And Meloxicam 15mg With

I have been on carvedilol 6.25 and meloxicam 15mg with bo still 150s/90s so took off melocicam for 2 weeks using tylanol arthritis. I was in pain so sever I had to take Pain meds. Now on norvasc 10mg and 7.5 meloxicam. Will this be a better route considering the contraindicators.
