I Have Been On Cephalexin For The Past 12 Days

I have been on cephalexin for the past 12 days (500mg 2x day) because of a high fever that lasted several days while I suffered the flu. I have 2 days left of the antibiotic but suddenly today I notice a very painful lump in my right labia majora, also a painful and swollen lymph node in my right groin.
