I Have Been On Cephalexin For Three Months. Began Experiencing

I have been on cephalexin for three months. Began experiencing back, neck and hip pain. I've had some pain in these areas before but they got worse as I was taking cephalexin. The next day after stopping the antibiotic much of my back pain was gone. Did the cephalexin cause this pain? I'm also on mega doses of vitamin D for the past two months.
