I Have Been On Clexane For 2 And A Half

I have been on clexane for 2 and a half months just had my new born baby a months ago started smoking 2 weeks ago only having 3-5 smokes a day could I form more bloods while smoking for this last 2weeks? and also I'm am having a few beers during the week. Should I stop these bad habits?
