I Have Been On Cozaar 50mg For C 15 Years

I have been on cozaar 50mg for c 15 years and recently switched to 100mg per day for treatment of hypertension. I am now 50. I have incrasingly developed a heat rash on my back which used to come and go but is now permanent and the itch is affecting my sleep and my ability to sit without scratching.
