I Have Been On Depo Just Had One Shot And

I have been on depo just had one shot and was supposed to get the second one on the 9th of August but didn't get one.lm trying for a baby and lm not sure what's happening to me lve heard a test but only one line appears.l don't feel ok can l be pregnant.l was spotted last week
