I Have Been On Depression Medicine (150 Mg Of Effexor

I have been on depression medicine (150 mg of Effexor generic) for quite a long time...however, I am concerned I may have another issue that may or may not be related. I rarely have thoughts anymore and sometimes I feel I am totally no longer human....is there an illness or sickness that takes your thoughts away? please help if you can. I am 60 yrs old female
