I Have Been On Different Medications For About A Month

I have been on different medications for about a month now and i started taking an antibiotic for an ear infection. I have a brownish red discharge and my vagina is sore to touch especially when i wipe after i urinate. I do notice skin pieces also when i wipe. What could be the problem
