I Have Been On Doxycycline For About 3 Months And

I have been on doxycycline for about 3 months and have noticed I have started to break out once I have stopped taking it which is why I am starting isotretinoin which was recommend by my doctor. Im just wondering if I should start my isotretinoin treatment right after Ive stopped doxycycline or should I wait a couple of days?
