I Have Been On Fasoldex For Over A Year, Before

I have been on fasoldex for over a year, before that was different pills, I have breast cancer stage 4 that had metastasized and went into my bones, I've been having so many side effects to fasoldex, what could I do now? My tumor level is going back up
