I Have Been On Inderal 80 Mg 2 Times Daily

I have been on inderal 80 mg 2 times daily for the last 30 yrs to control migraines .i had sinus surgery 6 months ago and my sinus dr told me to follow up with family dr to get off the inderal. I went to family dr on feb 21 and i had high blood pressure . So she told me to stop inderal and start this med.metoprolol succ ER 5o mg and that would control my blood pressure and any wuthdrawals from stopping inderal. I havehad dull headache since friday and tried tramadol 50mg tylenol ad nothig is stoping headache . Any suggesins ! I'm
